The service and food was excellent! The whole team made us feel welcome and special! Since we visited for our wedding anniversary, they treated us to a cannoli and it was excellent as well!

I have dining at Il Corso for several years. Always a great experience whether for a business lunch or pre-theatre. The seafood is always terrific and service as well.

True gem in the heart of Manhattan, very convenient to the Warwick and Algonquin hotels, just a couple blocks from MOMA and easy walk to the theatres. Fantastic staff, especially Gennaro, the manager. We had the mozzarella and prosciutto to start, arugula and pear salads, gnocchi and fettuccine with mushrooms and prosciutto as mains. Food was excellent. Cocktails and wine are pricey but consistent with Manhattan. The place was buzzing at 10:30 PM which we enjoyed, may not be everyone’s pleasure. This is one of our favorite spots. HAVE A RESEVATION!

In terms of our experience at Il Corso, the restaurant is small and cozy. The service and food was outstanding. It was the prices and portions of some of the food that has me ranking at 4. 4 small croquets for an app and 5 regular sized Lobster ravioli for $20/50 respectively for those dishes is kind of outrageous to me. I know this is NYC but $15/$40 would have been fine for them to make profit and still offer delicious food. Also, the parmesan fries was a really small portion for an a la carte side. I did happen to enjoy my gnocchi and that portion was generous and priced right.
