    We were on a work dinner and were seated upstairs with a bunch of kids. Parents oblivious to their kids playing video games on their iPads while they drank their cocktails .

    Our waitress Mia was very personable. The food was very good . I had the Bucatini carbonara and my husband had the beef tenderloin over mashed potatoes. Excellent choices. The house wine was also a good choice.

    Service was slooow. Chicken dish was overcooked and sauce was dry. Pasta dish was chewy. Prices were high for the quality. Staff was inattentive though the busboys were amazing. Noise level was unbelievably loud. Not going back.

    Great Gnocchi. Some pastas had too much sauce so hard to taste flavors. Otherwise, nice Saturday night date night.

    It is always a special treat to go to Il Poggiolo. Food and service is top notch. Always my first choice for Italian for work clients, good friends and family. Excited that I was able to make Christmas Eve reservations for family this year!
