Our cuisine is country French and Italian with a New Orleans influence. Although a majority of our seating is available for walk-in guests we do take reservations. While you wait we have a piano player and serve cocktails. We look forward to serving you.

    We had excellent service, perfect low lighting and sound level, the food was scrumptious, and Joe at the piano is extremely talented and friendly. He took requests and if he didn’t know the song he looked up the sheet music and played on the spot like he knew the song forever! Even my grumpy 13 year old son loved the place! 5 stars.

    One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. You don't want to miss Irene's whether you are local or visiting New Orleans. I will be back!! I had a Caesar salad and steak special with delicious potatoes... not to mention a fabulous bottle of wine that we took with us to the bar after dinner to finish (bar is so fun too). Thank you to our wonderful and attentive server Claudia for taking care of us!

    What can I say that hasn't been said. Irene's doesn't disappoint. Yes it's in the middle of the Quarter and I loved the old location, but the Bienville location is vibrant and old school while still having the charm of St. Phillip's St. The food was outstanding and the service was comfortable and professional and you feel like family. Kelli, our server, was fabulous and the whole staff seemed to be in great spirits as well. The ambiance was inviting and comforting and spectacular.

    Irene’s is a lovely experience every time we go. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed our meal from start to finish, everything was very good. The service was friendly and professional. We will return again and again.

    Our waiter, AJ was absolutely amazing! Food was great as always. This is a sleeper in New Orleans that locals and tourist should definitely put on the list
