   The three hostesses standing at the podium were very rude and gave us attitude the waitress that served us barely checked on us and she two had no personality and was rude. Will never go back there

   Good food and excellent service. However, venue and ambiance can best be described as a cacophony unsuited for "fine dining." Children running about playing hide-and-seek, cell phone lights directed at our table (resolved by maitre-D), and an over-all noise level making conversation by our party of 7 impossible. Recognizing that management has control over food quality and service, we note that ambiance or noise level is out of management's control. That being said, any pretense that The Italian Restaurant at The Breakers qualifies for an elegant evening of fine dining at the famous Breakers is misplaced and misleading so long as the venue recreates an evening at an NFL game. Reservation was 5:15 pm on 11-30-2024.

   Overall the worst experience at The breakers. Service and ambiance were alright. Food quality was poor classified as equal to or less good than a typical Italian chain on a top dollar price. Very loud because of kids which is fair being a family area that works mostly for families with kids and the little ones loved their food and the play area surrounding the area.

   I don’t typically leave bad reviews but the food was subpar at best. I’d honestly compare the salad, calamari and bland pasta to Olive Garden. I know it’s The Breakers but $300 for two adults and a child for hardly any food is bananas.
