   The seating was very fast no wait at all but the service wasn’t good. We waited for 15 minutes to get greeted and at least 15 minutes to finally get our drinks and our order taken. The food was very tasty and lobster entree and the wagyu burger was delicious. Perhaps change the bread it was too hard and not a fan of sourdough.

   What a great experience my wife & I had with Manny as our server tonight. He was very attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Next time we were in Columbus, we will be back!

   Butternut squash soup (special on the menu) tasted like a salt lick, water was never refilled, glasses on the table were dirty with visible streaks… both filets at the table were ordered to be medium rare, both showed up rare with a very blue center. Out-dated decor, sides with the steaks were served cold… bread and butter were decent as was the glass of wine. easily the worst steakhouse I’ve been to in Columbus - potentially the worst in the US.

   You do not disappoint! The food is always amazing, as are the cocktails and service. First time eating out for Thanksgiving, it was wonderful.

   Opted for J Gilberts to do the Thanksgiving cooking...and it was a wonderful afternoon!! A lot of other folks had the same idea and my hat is tipped to the great organization and prompt, friendly service! Food was delicious as usual (we are somewhat regular customers). Props to our server Candice who was friendly and attentive. I've recommended J Gilberts to friends and out-of- towners in the past and they always have a great experience.

    We were seated in a low light area, which was hard for us to see the menus, especially my 80yo mom. Because it was the holiday and busy we didn't say anything. 3 course turkey meal was a great value, except turkey was given to me in small dry slices, as if it was the end of the bird. Waiter was attentive. Everything else was great.
