Ka’ana, meaning “to share” in Hawaiian, delivers farm-fresh, seasonal and sophisticated food utilizing the unforgettable rich island flavors of Maui. The menu is curated nightly to stimulate a sense of adventure, adding local tastes and aromas with twists.

The restaurant offers a unique, residential style setting with views of Mokapu Beach and the cascading infinity pools of the resort.     Ahi Caesar salad was a bit salty and the dressing wasn’t your typical Caesar dressing - it overpowered the tuna. Good cocktails and the fresh mahi was very good (catch of the day). The red crab appetizer was excellent and the scallops were also done very nicely. Fried chicken was exceptionally tender and tasty while somewhat unique in flavor. Overall a very good option for dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating available.

    One of the dishes had Boursin which the internet told me is made of cows milk, however when the dish came the cheese had sheep’s milk, which is not to my liking. However it was great that they let us pick another dish, however my partner had already finished theirs before mine came out. Otherwise everything tasted good and we had a good time.

    This was a very special dinner for my fiancée and I. The entire experience, from start to finish was fantastic and everyone working helped to make our evening extra memorable. The hostess was very helpful and congratulated us, the manager was also very warm and welcoming. Chris, our server, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of the wine list and food menu. He was very attentive to my food allergy and made epic food and wine recommendations. The food exquisite and the meats were cooked to perfection. Wow. Hats off to the kitchen team. We ended the evening with delicious desserts and a great wine pairing to cap off an unforgettable evening. Thank you Ka’ana!

    Excellent gastronomic experience! Looks like a great time! Started with Watermelon Salad paired with Bugey-Cerdon 'La Cueille'. Then the Red Crab-onsen egg and pickled ginger. Paired with Peter-Micael L'Apres-Midi Sauvignon Blanc 2022 and Lagar de Cervera Albarino 2022. Dessert Popcorn Cheesecake with Dolce de Leche paired with Winzer Von Erbach Erbacher Reidling Eiswein Rheingau 2018! Tia was not only but my server and created a fantastic tasting menu with pairings. Thank you!
