   I have dined at Katherine’s for years but this time they botched it. I don’t blame the servers as they did their best. The kitchen was slow and one of our meals was totally unacceptable.

   It was a strange mix of good and bad. Service was excellent and on point, however, upon initial sitting, plates were handled by very greasy hands, and I was disappointed that our wine glasses were not wiped or buffed, …….clean, just not buffed. Initial Bread Rolls were day old, dry and hard, however, the butter spread was soft and useable, and the cheese and olives were a nice touch. Crab Cake, Salads, and Soup were good. Prime Rib was unseasoned, the eye was medium as desired, but the meat cap was over done, it had the consistency of pot roast, quite dry and crumbly. Very strange. Filet Oscar was similar, steak was cut in half, like two medallions, over cooked, requested MR, received MW, I was expecting a nice thick cut Filet, ………however, Crab, Asparagus, and Bernaise was all very good. The vegetables that accompanied each plate were very well prepared, perfectly blanched, nicely done. We did not stay for coffee or deserts, the dishes were larger than expected and we were simply too full. I am speaking as someone who would enjoy a complete experience, smaller dishes, but I understand that most probably view that as value over quality being in a casino. Overall, our server was excellent, and always on point, timing from course to course was perfect. Food was good, not great, but very easily could be with a few tweaks from kitchen staff management.

   Katherine's has recently gone through a remodel . It's got new staff, management, menu and it could have been a tricky start. But it's better than ever. In all areas.service was great. Very proficient waitress, good wonderful food.

   Entertained family members for a birthday celebration. No two entrees were the same and all the guests said they were very good. It was quite busy when we arrived but we served in a timely manner. Excellent restaurant.

   Pretty pricey and food and ambience are nothing to write home about. The complementary rolls tasted stale and old however, the restaurant pretty busy so I can't imagine they would have time for their bakery to sit around. I'll just say maybe they were overcooked a little and that made them dry. I had the seafood Diablo. It was bland and the seafood was way overcooked. A gentleman that we were with ordered the ribeye. He has been a meat cutter his entire life. He said the steak was absolutely delicious. He orders his steak well done. If you do eat here, do not miss the lobster bisque! Personally, I would come here just for the lobster bisque and the wedge salad that would be a wonderful meal for me.

   Amazing service by Jesse and his team. The food was outstanding. The prime rib and the spinach salad was so good. Loved the table side service.

    My husband and I shared prime rib and lobster, wedge salad, lobster bisque soup and it was all over the top, especially our waiter Sam he makes it awesome and fun, you won’t be disappointed if you request him😃
