   From beginning to end Luis was there to help us enjoy our evening! It was a rare date night for my husband and I so we made the most and went for the tasting menu which was amazing!!!! Simply divine. We ordered a couple of extra dishes as it was SO good and we wanted to explore more. It was a taste explosion!! We were so full at the end of the eve. A wonderful treat, highly recommend!

   I had an incredible dining experience at Katsuya, thanks to Luis! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. His professionalism and positive attitude made our night even better. If you’re dining at Katsuya, I highly recommend asking for Luis!

   In general not bad , sushi nothing special, It seemed that the cook was saving on the fish because it was so thin and sometimes even absent from the rolls. But the staff was friendly. Saturday so many people and noisy. The first time was much better experience, but it is what it is.

   Katsuya was an amazing experience for our first time there ! Took my girlfriend for her birthday and she loved every minute of it . The manager Karina was great and she made sure we were taken care of. Every dish looked even better than the last and tasted even better. All the recommendations were on point and met our expectations. Will definitely be back and thank you again Karina and staff for making it an unforgettable night for my girlfriend and I.    We were there for my son‘s birthday. There was eight of us. They set us in a back corner room away from the crowd which we were not happy with. We felt like we were being ostracized. Last year when we went the same amount of people, we sat by the DJ booth and had a blast. He decided to order the tasting menu for everybody as well as appetizers and fried rice since we were there with four teenage boys. They took forever to get our food. They brought out one small tasting of tuna sushi, and then we waited and waited The fried rice took almost an hour. When I finally asked to speak with the manager, Chelsea she apologized. I told her I was spending over $1000 for dinner and expected way better service than this. Within five minutes they had five people at our table delivering food. The food was wonderful and they did give us free drinks as well as some free sushi rolls which I appreciate. I feel like they did make up for the lack of attention and service, but it should not have ever gotten to that point.

   5% wellness fee is disgusting. Just add the fee as your menu price. Also, I don’t get way it’s so hard to get water refilled here. Food was great, but everything else ruined the experience

   Excellent service, Excellent food. I had the Soto Sake, on the sweeter side, it was the best (on the sweeter) that I've had (make sure you ask for the price b4hand to not be surprised when you see your bill lol).

   Came here for a “before the show” early dinner. So did everyone here that day. We ordered the tasting menu….great choices!! Will come again!!

   Food and atmosphere good. Very loud. Difficult to hear conversations. Our dessert order came 30 minutes late. Almost missed the theater as a result.

    We were there on an evening when there was no theater so it was quieter than usual as the dining room was not full. The food is always superb, always served beautifully
