   The view is amazing and the food is great. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my husband had the Seared Ahi Tuna, and both were wonderful. A lovely restaurant for that special dinner. Enjoy

   I've been meaning to come to this restaurant since it opened a couple of decades ago. The big surprise was the view. Where you expect to be looking out to open water you instead look across a large concrete expanse of the horseshoe pier. There are water views of the inside area of that pier. The other surprise is how large the restaurant is. There was a birthday party of 20 when we were there and the place didn't seem full at all. Service was relaxed, friendly and attentive. The prices are average for high end seafood and steaks. They do have a $49 prix fixe that one of our group ordered and very much liked. Both the clam chowder and lobster bisque were superb, as was the salmon. And excellent complimentary hot bread, a rarity these days. As we were celebrating two birthdays, 2 complimentary creme brulees showed up at the end. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

   The food was excellent but the service was quite poor; the waiter seemed to forget we were there possibly due to the number of diners and the limited number of servers. What ever the reason, we will not be going back anytime soon.

   We have dined often at Kincaid's and always enjoy it, but last night was particularly nice. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was very busy. The lovely hostess was doing her best to get all reservation holders seated. She showed us, a party of 4 "senior citizens," to a small booth beside a lively family gathering of 20 or so. The two gentleman in our party are very tall and had some difficulty getting into the low booth seats. Even when seated, they were not comfortable because the table base was in the way. The hostess, very graciously re-seated us at a larger table away from the crowded room. She could not have been more kind or accomodating. We all had the prix fixe dinner and it was wonderful! Our server was also very efficient and friendly. Five big happy faces for Kincaid's! 😊😊😊😊😊

   Location is great. Live in RB and used to go all the time but stopped because it became inconsistent. Not much has changed. Could not get a draft beer because an issue with kegs. At 5pm on a Saturday, no pea salad because kitchen didn’t make enough. We ordered 2. Husbands filet was cooked perfect. Parmesan crusted scallops were tasteless. The crust was ok but the scallops had zero taste and the mashed potatoes were cold. Service was pleasant but very slow. It’s too bad because we want to like this place, but when paying $40-50 an entree, it’s kind of hard to when it’s not great. Maybe we’ll give the happy hour a chance.

   The meal was fabulous! The clam chowder was the best I ever had! They offered several special 3 course meal options that were absolutely perfect for only $49! Then I discovered I had accumulated $75 in rewards discounts through The Landry restaurant discount club! Loved the staff! Another beautiful experience!

   Had an amazing first time experience here shout-out to Christian and Briana for making my anniversary dinner a memorable experience!!! The service was friendly and quick with the food overall it was truly a great experience and the food was delicious.
