   Service was not good. Food was good but the delivery was not. My salad came out 10 min after everyone else's. Had trouble getting more than my initial drink. I'm disappointed because this used to be my favorite place to eat.

   We love Kincaid's. Often go there pre-theater at Ordway. Last night was extremely busy- both a Wild Game and Ordway performance. Kitchen was a little backed up so we ended up having to take dinner to go after waiting for approximately 40 minutes. That being said, the dinner was delicious- I ate half of my seafood pasta after the show and the rest will be my lunch for today. Very generous portion with a lot of crab but only 4 shrimp.

   Very busy night with both a Wild game and Ordway show. Service was slow, and food did not meet our expectations.

   Due to traffic from Bloomington to downtown St. Paul traffic taking 45 minutes for less than 20 minutes, we were late for our 6 pm and we needed to wait for a table to be cleared. We asked our server to expedite our service to finish our meal by 7 pm so our guests with walkers could walk to the Ordway and find their seats for the 7:30 performance. We promptly ordered a beverage and an entree, ate our meal, received our check, were ready with our credit cards and left at 7 pm, a heroic performance by our server and the kitchen. Our guests with walkers were very impressed with the first experience at Kincaid’s downtown St. Paul. Many thanks!

   The food was outstanding. Best crab dip I've ever had. And getting fresh seafood is hard in Minnesota - not so at Kincaids. Front of the house personnel were spectacular.

   Kincaids is always a place to eat for special occasions--such as the high school hockey tournament. We rotate between a number of downtown St. Paul restaurants that weekend. The food was excellent; the noise level understandably loud. The service was a bit erratic, though we still got our entrees in a timely manner.

   Dining at Kincaid’s is always a wonderful experience. I go there frequently with friends and we always find the food, ambiance, service and management to be top rate. While I dine there with a variety of people, they all always agree that Kincaid’s is the best. Helen Wagner
