   Our table was given to someone else, The waiter was great, the food was lukewarm warm, the restroom was not ready for Christmas dinner. The kitchen was behind in cooking

   Had a wonderful brunch. My husband loved your biscuits and your Crab Cake appetizer was unique flavors and delicious. Can’t say enough. Hope all visitors get the experience at Kingfish like us. And our server Jessica was the BEST. Merry Christmas

   Had a reservation for 8pm. By 8:30 still no person at the door to seat you. Long line of folks waiting & people leaving saying they had waited 2hrs & still no food. Ended up leaving at 8:40 & going to another restaurant. If you can’t cater for all the bookings then don’t accept any further bookings.

   The food and service were both wonderful! New personnel starting last night made confirming a few things take a moment but bravo to the staff for coming through. My 1 and only major complaint was that we were sat by the front door for a 6 pm reservation and the cold breeze made everything, including us VERY cold and unemployable. For the cost of the revellion divers that we paid on Christmas Eve what a disappointment. I asked if the doors could be closed but they never were. This is why I only ordered 1 drink and eventually just had the main course boxed up as the food turned cold. We never got to The desserts as it was uncomfortable to even eat.

   We were there for Christmas Eve and were not impressed with the food or service after having excellent experiences at other restaurants. First thing we ordered a salad with honey mustard dressing which was so hot we couldn’t eat it, sent it back and they brought another salad with ranch which was fine. We were not offered any bread while we waited which was unusual considering that everywhere else in town we went offered it. I ordered the crab cake which was over spiced with a spicy corn concoction and ended up changing entrees with my husband who had a steak which was good, but again could have done with less pepper. The red beans and rice were just ok, again over spiced. The manager did come by and we stated our complaints and he did compensate us with free pecan pie which was excellent. We had to ask for water, not sure if they were short staffed or not. Bottom line unless you are into really overspiced food and ok service look elsewhere. Sometimes more is not better in this case it took away from the taste of the food.

    We were the only table of four in the dining room. Our waitress was friendly. We each gave her our choice of cocktail and our appetizers. Thirty-five minutes later we got our appetizers,and our drinks right after that. We watched our bartender clean and restock her bar the whole time . She wasn’t busy. The food was mediocre. I asked for a chocolate martini for dessert . After 20 minutes, our waitress handed me a white chocolate martini. They were out of chocolate. It was not good. I left it . We left dissatisfied.
