During these trying times, we are trying to adjust our service so that customers feel safe but still have a great Ki's experience. Daytime service is as it always has been: order at the counter and the food will be brought to you in the seating area we have created outside under the tents. Night-time is full service. Sunday through Thursday is upstairs. The tables are spaced far apart and there is an option of being out on the front deck for parties of two. On Friday and Saturday, we will be offering full service in both seating areas of upstairs and under the tents outside.
Ki's is a perfect fit for its local beach community culture. We provide food options that serve the needs of people who enjoy the outdoors and have a high degree of awareness for their health, fitness and well being. And Ki's is more than just a 'health food' option for many. It is simply great food for anyone-professionals, families looking for a home-cooked meal or friends hanging out enjoying some tasty eats.

Ki's is one of my regular go-to's for a casual evening. It's usually meets my expectations for lunch or breakfast, but dinner is definitely hit or miss. I ordered the Thai Mahi. The fish was way over-cooked and dry. The presentation was horrible! I substituted sauteed spinach for the jasmine rice and the fish was actually served on top of the spinach instead of on a separate plate. This made for a runny, messy plate and no peanut sauce in sight. No crusted macadamias on the fish either. It was a huge disappointment. I didn't have time to send it back because I was headed to a concert. Will not be returning for dinner. This is a breakfast and lunch place only.

Hi Lynda, I am writing you in hopes of changing your review on open table as well as considering to join us again. I have to say that the Macadamia nut mahi mahi and the filet mignon are the most popular items on the menu. The way the mahi dish is prepared is: sauce on the bottom, jasmine rice, fish on top of jasmine rice, and then the mango/strawberry salsa on top, with snap peas around. If you look at pictures that dish is prepared the exact same way. When a customer subs out anything, then it is going to be replaced in that same spot. I am more than happy to put any items on a separate plate. I do believe in everything that we do here. Which is outstanding friendly service, tasty healthy food dishes, and a great price for the pocket (compare to a lot of restaurants these days)

We went early to see the sunset. We had not dined there before and had a very nice experience. We would certainly go back. Noise level was loud caused a lot by a private party going on that we were near. I recommend Ki’s! Tom

Good food, with a beautiful view. Went at opening time, I’d say is the best time to enjoy the scenery and start your morning.

Unfortunately they have problems with reservations. We arrived at our reservation time. We were taken to a table in the far back of the restaurant. When we asked to be seated at empty table up front by window ( there were two) we told that they were reserved. We reminded hostess that we had a reservation. She said to wait and she’d be right back. She never returned. we sat ourselves at one of the window tables. After some time server arrived asked if we had checked in with hostess. She said she’d ck on our reservation. Server returned ad said the people that were reserved for that table wee over 15 mins late and it was ok for us to stay. From then on everything was perfect as usual. The day before I recieved a text from Nikki asking if we’d like outside or inside seating. I requested inside. We had had reservation mix ups there before. We have enjoyed Kis for 40 years. The food is always top notch, breakfast lunch and dinner. It’s upsetting to arrive after making a reservation and hostess try’s to seat us in the least desirable table. Is there a policy to ask for a certain table? How would wee identify that? Number? Dicribe location? we have requested table by window before & not gotten it. The noise level is unacceptable, however , we know there is nothing to be done about that. It will be a long time before we return, if ever. We are over being treated poorly after having a reservation

Hi Molly, I am so sorry about the issue you had with reservations. Trying to accommodate ever specific request is really challenging and we try our absolute best in fulfilling all of them. As you know (from dining frequently) the tables closest to the beach are the most requested and almost every reservation requests ocean view. I do have a manager on all hours of business so that if we can fix anything or answer questions, that is what they are there for. I would like to take care of your next visit (if you are willing to give it another try) with a gift card on us.

Nice dinner and nice view of the sunset- waitperson was great. Pork chop and wine was very nice. Only issue is how expensive dining out has become - hard to believe Kis now has $30 entres
