   I was very disappointed with the service and how slow the food was. I have gone to Kona Grill many times but it was never this bad. We had kids with us and it took over an hour to get our food. But the food was good

   We’ve been there several times for whatever reason this time our stirfry was very poor all rice chicken quality was weak and very skimpy. Vegetables were skimpy paid $30 for rice shrimp tacos were extremely plain generic nothing special thank goodness my in-laws had a good meal the pecan crested chicken And the salmon they loved, but the rest of us felt pretty ripped off

   I have dined at Kona Grill in the past and enjoyed it, but something was off on this visit. We ordered the side salad with Macadamia Nut Chicken and were very disappointed. The chicken was tasteless and seemed to be missing any Macadamia nuts, the greens were a bit limp, and the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was very watery. The $22 price tag we both paid seemed way overpriced!

   Lack luster food. Food was definitely subpar for price and expectation of what was once a quality restaurant. Definitely has declined.

   Happy Hour on website stated 2-6pm but got there at 5:15 for drinks and were told drink happy hour ends at 5pm. Chicken Satay was just ok. The meatballs, sliders, & sushi were tasty.

   Thank you for the feedback Carolyn. Due to the new Indiana Law regarding Happy Hour we are only allowed to offer happy hour drinks for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. Unfortunately, that puts us in a bind. We have to run drink specials from either 2p-5p or 3p-6p. We kept our original time for happy hour food that we have had for the last 7 years, because we didn't want to do our guest a disservice. As a whole, we decided to start our drink specials the same time we start Happy Hour, which is at 2p. We apologize for the inconvenience. When you have time can you please contact us at 317-324-1441.
