I know it was New Years Eve, but even with a reservation we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. There seemed to be an issue with bussing tables to get them turned over. Our server, Bree, was FANTASTIC!

We had to wait over a hour beyond our reservation time to get a table. We saw ppl being seated that checked in after we did.

It was super loud and noisy in the main dining area! They didn’t use pagers or cell phones to notify you when your table was ready, instead the hostesses had to walk around the crowd yelling out people’s names when it was time to be seated (and that’s with having a reservation)! My daughter order the surf and turf… the filet was over cooked!

We ordered steaks that were cold, mashed potatoes were cold. The star of the dinner was the Brussels sprouts. VERY expensive for such a sub par meal. The service was okay, but he didn’t tell us we had to pay at the table, so we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our check. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had a new server and was double charged for both of our drinks. Don’t order any of the saki beverages (so expensive for amount received or out of stock).

More expensive than it should’ve been, food was great, got there during happy hour and drinks were charged at full price. Waitress never checked on us after we got our food, never refilled our drinks and had to be asked 3 times for the check. Won’t be in a hurry to go back

Our server acted like he really didn’t work there. It was the most bizarre experience. The food was great and that’s the only reason we didn’t get up and leave.

Our server was very attentive. The filet was spot on and the shrimp was delicious. My only complaint was the mashed potatoes were dry.
