                                      Outrageously poor experience. Thought it was a prank. We had scheduled a family dinner at Kona Grill. We had been to this location and one in San Antonio before so we thought we knew what we were getting into. We had to send back 3 dishes for different hairs in the food, uncooked rice, cold food, and did not receive a portion of our order. While the manager was kind and took a portion of the total from our bill, it was hardly enough to negate the awful dining experience we had. We will not be making a return trip to this restaurant

                                      Food is consistently good and they have a few irtems you cant get anywhere else. Their nacademia nut chop salad and avocado egg rolls are really special,

                                      Our sever, Shane, was very good. Drinks were delivered quickly and food came relatively quickly. The seat of our booth was torn and worn, which I wouldn’t expect to see in a fairly upscale restaurant.

                                      The food quality has really dropped. The quantity has gone down by 2/3rds the amount. The smell in the facility was terrible. It was not a good experience. Would not recommend a return visit.

                                      We come to Eden Prairie Kona for the people. The manager, Miranda is wonderful & always makes sure we feel welcome! Katie is our usual server & takes excellent care of us. The food is just so so & not consistent. If we didn’t like Miranda & Katie so much, we would rarely go to Kona.
