   I would NOT go to this establishment ever again because of the terrible service. The bartender was on a Group FaceTime with an earbud in she also spilled a full bottle of water on me in 50 degree weather! Parents font take your kids her the guy sitting next to us who was talking to the bartender was vaping inside I think he worked there but was off. I am beyond disappointed.

   Expensive small steaks that were over cooked and not quality. Everyone was nice but service was slow for the cost. Way overpriced for the service and quality of the food. Could have gone to outback for half price, better steaks and service. Sushi was good but nothing special. Mangers were friendly after the fact and gave a free app with future meal purchase which was basically useless, also gave me my overcooked steak for free. But still walked out paying over 500$ for 4 people for not great food at all. It was sons birthday which I put on reservation and no acknowledgment or question, I could have asked but still for cost you would expect above and beyond. Again, not worth the money at all, go to bobs for same price and way better food.

   Very bad service, little availability at the bar, I ordered 3 types of cocktails and there were none and the price was excessively high.

   This was our first time here on 2/22. Our kids liked it so we decided try. Not crowded for a Saturday night. Our waiter was nice enough but scattered. The two drinks my husband ordered, they were both out of so he settled on something else. After 1/2 hour we both got our drinks. Food was just ok. There seemed to be plenty of people working but more standng around than anything else. No excuse for service to be this poor. We definitely won't be back and it would not surprise me at all (with so many dining choices) if they stayed open much longer.

   The food was expensive and overall the food was ok, but had a lot of spice. The service was terrible. We were a large group and they actually ran out of teabags. We waited a good 30 mins once all our party had arrived for the waiter to greet us and take our order. We were showed how to pay our bill, and had to ask for dessert. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

   Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Reserved a table, arrived and we were sat 45 mins after our time. It wasn’t terribly busy. The food was so bad. No seasoning on anything. A little salt goes a long way. There was none on the table either. The steak tasted like a wet dog smells. The waiter was kind and friendly but really wasn’t attentive. If everyone at the table had full plates of food and a $200 plus bill, he should have asked if we had an issue with our food. We had been there way too long. I really couldn’t believe how bad the food was. It was terrible

   I had a reservation, was sat about 20 mins later after waiting at the counter for anyone to speak to us. Then once we were sat we waited almost 45 mins for anyone to come to the table to take drink orders. We had no server. We didn’t get to order anything so we got up and left. Extremely unprofessional staff at the host stand. I will try Kona again but this experience was not very good especially when trying to celebrate Valentine’s Day as well as a very big anniversary.

   Waited here over an hour for reserved table. Ordered food and 45 minutes later the waitress came back and stated the food we ordered was no longer available.

   They seemed to be overbooked and understaffed. Our reservation was at 9:30, we were sat at 9:50 and by 10:30 our waitress only came up to our table once and we didn’t even have waters, so we left.

    Went on Valentine’s Day and they dishonored our reservation. While waiting met another who had been seated for 45 minutes and received only a coke. Kitchen was out of half their food working on a limited menu. Asked waiter if there was any chance it would go smoothly and he said no. Kona was running a clown show last night and owners should be embarrassed. Staff was rude and frustrated. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We were so happy we left.
