   Portions were very small. The Toro roll was $95 but was very small with very thin layer of toro on top. All other dishes were small in portion as well. Service was good.

   I do not understand why you are charging a service charge. Something you can concocted during Covid, which I didn’t understand back then and now you are still charging it. It is really offputting and is making us second think coming back.

   Hello, I would highly recommend this restaurant. We enjoyed the salmon serrano so much we had two. We also had the citrus salad but was disappointed that there were very few "shaved" vegetables. Really it was just a salad with a few carrots. We would return if we were in the area again.

   Food was great, drinks were unremarkable and atmosphere was nice. Not sure why they would book us a table at 9;45pm if they close at 10pm

   Out of items at 6:45 is pretty weak - especially popular menu items like bao buns, and one of the four whiskeys they offer (which are all only Japanese whiskeys). The food was just bad - who cooks mushy, smoky fried rice? My wife's soft-shell crab roll was very fishy, the garlic mushrooms looked old and wrinkled, and the sushi pieces were so big we couldn't fit them in our mouths so we had to cut them, which defeats the point of sushi Even the service was bad: food came out at different times, they forgot my roll when there were only two of us at the table, and the server couldn't answer basic questions like what do the three available whiskeys taste like? We've never had a bad meal in Vegas until this one, which was surprising given the high rating.

   We shared several appetizers (New Zealand King Salmon nigiri, Hamachi, Sunamono, Wagyu Gyoza) and split a meal of the Sea Bass. Everything was delicious while the Gyoza was extraordinary! Service was excellent!

   Disappointed as we ordered 3 items only to be told they were out of those items. This is supposed to be a higher end restaurant and they do not let you know items are not available from their menu. Unable to provide any wine other than very basic wine ($18 in store) by the glass - wine inventory was unavailable that night. Server was nice and good, but did not have a lot to work with. Management should be fired for inability to have proper food service and poor communication.

    Andrew our server was phenomenal. The Valentine’s Day meal was outstanding!! We ate at Hell’s Kitchen the day before and the food at Kumi was so much better and more reasonably priced. 10/10
