   The service was excellent. Our server had tasted every dish. She was able to give us her opinions and the feedback of customers to provide helpful answers to our questions about the menu. Even the food runner had detailed knowledge of the menu and, when dropping off our appetizer, recommended the rest of our meal. The food was top notch. The a la Brasa (half a chicken with sweet potatoes) was amazing. The margarita was great and not overly sweet. We really enjoyed our dinner!

   Food was good especially the green beans and the carnitas tacos. We enjoyed the guac but the chips were way too thick and hard. We both thought we might break a tooth on one.

   Staff was able to move us indoors as it was cold outside. They offered 1/2 price drinks until 7 pm. Guacamole was delicious- smooth and creamy and a huge portion. The crudo appetizer was also very tasty. Loved the tres leches dessert!

   You’ll be hard pressed to find a better agave spirits bar program in the city, each drink is a new favorite.

   Great experience at La Condesa. Very cozy vibes perfect for date night. The food was all wonderful with lots of flavor. Service was also great. Our waiter gave us suggestions on every part of the menu since it was our first time, and all his recommendations were great.

   La Condessa is not a TexMex place. The dishes are Mexican “roots” food elevated to a gourmet level. The menu itself doesn’t do a good job of explaining the options but the wait staff does an excellent job of describing the dishes and how they are presented. Options for large or small plates exist. Drinks are excellent. Suggestion: go during happy hour when all drinks are half price and small tacos are only $3-. We did that before going into the main room for dinner. The churros dessert was delicious.

   Food was phenomenal. Generally a little bit on the pricier side in comparison to other restaurants, but food was amazing. Service was a bit slow at first especially without being given a cocktail menu but would definitely recommend.

    We enjoyed all 5 of the plates we shared. For vegetable lovers the green bean and beet dishes are delicious.
