At La Villetta Restaurant the meals prepared by Chef Maria are from Old World recipes and her own creations that she has prepared and served to her family and friends for over twenty-five years. From Caserta, Italy, she learned her culinary art under the tutelage of Chef Angelo Mirra. Maria with Angelo moved to Montreal, Canada via Basil, Switzerland. La Villetta Restaurant was created by Maria and Salvatore to bring to Boca Raton a real sense of Italian hospitality and traditional food.

    Their Lentil soup was a special of the day. Delicious !! As well as their simple pasta of the day a penne with fresh tomatoes, sautéed onions and just the perfect blend of simple flavors. They pour to nice Martini, and finished dinner with a Napoleon and Cappuccino.

    I took my friend here. They gave us fresh bruschetta and 2 different slices of hot bread. We shared a mozzarella caprese salad. I t was tasty and moist. For mains my friend had the house special whole yellow snapper which is deboned by the waiter at the table and then sauce on top. I had a filet yellow tail, in white wine , lemon and a portobello mushroom with potatoes and veggies. Both dishes were delicious and the service impeccable.

    Authentic Italian. Menu snapper was perfect as well as pasta dishes. Cocktails were excellent. First time. We’ll be back.
