My Birthday dinner at Echo & Rig Steakhouse was superb as always. My New York grass fed steak was excellent & my salad & cabbage ever so tasty. I really enjoy this place. It’s beautifully decorated, the staff is wonderful. The food tasted amazing. My only issue was the food was not really hot. Just slightly warm. I’m sure it’s growing pains. I’d love to go again, and I’d recommend it

Our greeter, server Abel and manager that stopped by to check on us were all awesome!! Food was delicious and cooked perfect! I got the oyster sampler, spiny lobster and clam chowder all were great!! My wife ordered the crunch roll and crab cakes hers were great as well! We will definitely be back!

I love the ceviche, eloite, the chips and salsa are the best!! Rob was so eager to please and accommodate us.. But I have to say the midori margaritas are amazing and we’re still working out the perfect recipe. I love working with the servers and bartenders. It’s an amazing place and inspired font entry /walk up to my house.! I’m obsessed
