We had Rita as our server and she was excellent!! She was very helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. She answered all of our questions. The decorating for the Nutcracker was fantastic. Beautiful table settings. The selection of tea was superb. It would be nice if you sold a variety package of tea bags to purchase for ourselves or for Christmas gifts for others. They were delicious. And the food was all delicious. The table was nice and spacious as two guests had mobility issues. Thank you for accommodating us for that. We had a great time and will definitely get back. I went to Alice in Wonderland either my daughter in laws and really enjoyed that one as well. The only complaint was that the music was way too loud and ut was hard to hear our conversation at the table,. We Thank you for a Wonderful enjoyable time and we wish you a Wonderful holiday season. Brandon was an excellent server and the food was the best we’ve had! We usually go twice a year for birthdays and our anniversary and always a wonderful experience but this time was by far the best 😊

Well we had a bad experience before this one and the manager reached out to us to apologize and make things right. We finally decided to go last night and use the offer to make things right. We’ve visited this establishment for at least over 10 years, and last night reminded us that this is why we come to the KEG. Everything was delightful, delicious and our server Scott was super AMAZING. Thank you to the manager and thank you Scott for the amazing and delightful hospitality and service.

It was great being greated and seated by the management. He was very happy and friendly which is great. The servers was wonderful! All of our food selections were great!!
