This was the starting point of O Pastus when we open doors in 2020, the restaurant was a realization of Chef Hugo Dias de Castro's dream. Hugo suffered an unexpected heart attack in december 2023, his wife Annakaren didn't wanted to give up the dream so she decided to keep the restaurant open.
