Butternut Brie soup. Wonderful texture and flavor. The turkey was some of the best I’ve ever had. Fork-tender, flavorful. Cranberry compote was tart and amazing. Dressing, whipped potatoes and green beans were all delicious. The brown bread pudding was warm and had a well made crème anglaise. Had a nice, quiet meal after a cold, windy arrival. - AAlanLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis restaurant blew our expectations away. Menu choices are appropriately limited, and the food is exceptional. I mean....WOW level of exceptional. The service couldn't have been better. Very responsive and attentive. The restaurant is inside what was an old Biltmore Estate horse barn. Such a great experience. Honestly, the best restaurant we've been to in Asheville.More infoStable Cafe -Biltmore EstatePrice: Moderate• American• Asheville•4.7
- MMichaelvipGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoPassing through, this seemed like an interesting place to go for lunch. Trout dominates the menu -- 100% fine for us. I enjoyed smoked trout with gouda grits, partner took her trout on a kale salad -- both were 100% happily consumed to the bottom of the plate. We weren't drinking for lunch, but there is plenty of beer and wine for those looking for those options. Definitely would love to try the place again for dinner when we visit next.More infoThe Speckled Trout Restaurant and Bottle ShopPrice: Moderate• American• Blowing Rock•4.7

The waitperson was a joy, hope to see her again. Glad you’re open. Looking forward to our next visit.More infoBlue RidgePrice: Expensive• Southern• Asheville•4.8
