Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973.     We had an excellent Thanksgiving dinner, Nov 28, 2024. Food, service, ambience, wine was excellent. We ate at many Michelin Stars restaurants. Eight4Nine deserve a Michelin Star. Outstanding experience. Restaurant very popular. Thank you for a very memorable dinner.

    Once again a fantastic experience at Sandfish! Great sushi and cocktails. My 9 year old really enjoyed the miso soup, apps and sashimi.

    Our experience was amazing as soon as we walked in the door we were met by Ashley, the hostess, who was so warm and friendly and accommodating. And then we proceeded to our fabulous booth for dinner for three and were serviced by Nikki the waiter, who was just a 10 out of 10. Service was great. The food was wonderful and the ambience was delightful.

    The three main dishes we had (duck, tofu and short ribs) were all absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Our server Carlos was helpful about menu choices, attentive and friendly (all the table servers/runners were attentive), making the evening even more delightful. We love the patios at Copleys — which deserve a 5 — we just weren’t in the best location this time. Always worth a visit
