Only complaint was the dishes sat too long. Server was over worked.

I give them 6 stars. An unexpected gem in Harlingen. Innovative, tasty. Great wine selection. You can pick a bottle from the wine "shop" in addition to the menu list. This place would be more at home in Houston or Austin where food of this creativity and flavor would be expected. I stopped to speak to a table in the way out and 2 of the diners had come up from Matamoros in Mexico for this level of cuisine. the RGV is home to fabulous bar-b-que and Mexican food. Dos Olivos is a wonderful addition to the region.

Recommend the prime rib. Presentation was nice. Melts in your mouth.

Great Atmosphere and great food! From the moment you walk in the door the hosts provide you with a very welcoming energy. The servers were a great help in understanding the menu!

Food was surprisingly good and service was attentive and friendly. We did have cheeseburgers in honor of Jimmy :-)
