My husband and I had a great experience at Gypsum Grill. The food was incredible, and we commented several times how it's a hidden gem on the northwest side. We split the Sticky Shrimp (I am hungry for it now as I think of it), and then we split the special of the day which was a delicious braised bork belly with fried polenta (sorry that I don't remember the name at the moment) dish. Wow! Beautiful presentation of both. Additionally, Ian was our server. He was professional, attentive, and excited to be working at Gypsum Grill. He made great recommendations. Thanks, Ian, for making date night a great one.
