I recently dined at La Grande Boucherie where I had the steak frites, and it was a standout experience. The steak was perfectly cooked to my liking—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Paired with a delicious béarnaise sauce, the dish was simple yet satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a solid choice for anyone craving a classic, well-executed meal.

We are from Canada and celebrated our 25th Anniversary in NY. We chose Carmines for the wonderful reviews we read. The food was delicious, and the value was outstanding. They serve family style so one dish can easily feed 2 to 3 people. Keep that in mind when looking at the pricing. Absolute 5 star experience. Wait time was minimal with reservation and we booked 2 months in advance. We would 100% recommend this restaurant and their very professional staff made the experience perfect!!!

What a wonderful and authentic Italian experience with terrific ambience and lovely staff! The food was delightful -stuffed zucchini flowers and caprese salad ,followed by tagliatelle with wild boar ragu and ravioli as our main courses .Finished off with a lovely tiramisu and double espressos - - and I had a Merlot grappa to end a wonderful dinner. Someone must have contacted the restaurant - - a candlelit treat was brought out with the whole restaurant singing happy birthday to me— a great evening!

Tao is such a beautiful lively restaurant and my go to for taking people from out of town. Last night they had a great price fixed dinner that was a good deal. We each got it and it was enough to share and bring food home. We had a great time --the drinks were great, and the energy was fantastic. Lots of good photo ops by the Buddha! I will be back again of course. Our waiter was helpful too with suggestions.

We had a wonderful time, went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food was incredible and the service was absolutely over the top. Can’t wait to return for another special occasion to celebrate.
