The server was absolutely incredible! They had this incredible knack for making you feel like you were the most important guest in the room. From the moment you walked in, they were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure everything was just right. They knew the menu inside and out, offering great recommendations based on your preferences, which really helped elevate the whole dining experience. And then there was the food rotation—it was such a unique and clever approach. Instead of just traditional courses, the rotation allowed you to try a wide variety of dishes without feeling rushed. Each plate was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavors. You'd get a taste of something new every few minutes, keeping the meal exciting and dynamic. It was like a constant surprise, each dish somehow better than the last! That kind of variety, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable meal.

We made a reservation in advance for Valentine's Day 2025. It was a great experience. We ate at the bar. Food was fantastic, music was energetic and lively, and we enjoyed every bit of the evening!

What a unique experience! I loved the welcome drink in a glass of ice! The dishes of food were delicious. And I did not even notice the cold as we were sitting on chairs made of ice covered in fur seat covers. So unique and a must do in Quebec!

Highly recommend for a special event. We went for Valentine’s Day and absolutely loved it. Our Waiter/chef was engaged with us and made the evening seem even more special!

Marie Eve was a delightful server. The cuisine, outstanding, as was the ambience.
