As being a new chef in Houston the fantastic steak48 was recommended to me by a colleague and I was not let down in anyway every word Ive heard about this establishment has been on par. This has been my 4th time visiting steak48 and since my 1st visit a year ago my expectations are exceeded always from the food, the service, the hospitality, the ambiance, the kitchen it just all stands out so well but most of all what I appreciate is my server Maddie she is the definition of what a server is! Ive had Maddie every visit and that young lady does not miss when it’s comes to satisfaction her food & cocktail recommendations are always perfect every single time if you guys are doing any promotions soon she definitely deserves it. Also the Manager Neo checked up on my table as well as other and did a phenomenal job making me feel like family it’s very appreciated what this restaurant teams does FOH & BOH thank you all I look forward to visiting again soon 🙏🏽

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Everything was so good but you have to try the spectacular cornbread and gumbo! Great birthday celebration topped off with bread pudding. We will be back!

This is my fourth time dining at Magdalena. We have tried many things on the menu and everything has been excellent. The attention to detail, the presentation of the food, the ambience in the restaurant combine to make a pleasurable experience. The Osso Buco, mussels, seafood, pasta are very good.Someone in my party, Fortunately, always orders pizza and shares it with the others. I think the Pizza is the best Neapolitan in Houston. The salads are so fresh and presented so well every time I’ve been there. I also enjoy talking to the owner( and Head Chef) ; he visits each table and his stories from cooking around the world are quite interesting.

The service was perfect. The staff is obviously well trained and experienced. The food great and plentiful. We even stayed for coffee to wait out a rainstorm, no problems. I always love this place. I've never had anything less that a great experience there.

The hostess and the waitstaff were wonderful. We got our food promptly, and it was delicious. I ordered a pizza for my daughter to go, and she also loved it. I'll be back.
