Enjoyed every bite. Service was perfect. Happy hour menu gave us a chance to taste a few extra appetizers. The farmers salad was a hit!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Este. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we could tell the next 3 hours were going to be delightful and memorable. The unique cocktails were a fun start to the evening. The wine list is manageable, yet broad and inclusive. Delighted in a fabulous orange wine and tasty Beaujolais. The food was delicious, creative and took your palate to the playas of Mexico. Be sure to conclude your evening with the Feast of Sweets, it is well worthwhile to try them all, but the Key Lime pie was sublime. Our server, Vanessa was exceptional! Her bright personality and knowledge of the cuisine ensured that we were going to have a uniquely Este experience.

As far as noise level....we always sit outside so don't care about level! And if u like to get bang for ur buck w/frozen margs then get 1 of their frozen top shelf margs! It's what is their frozen machine! I get their puffy ck taco and a side salad! All their food is excellent! Micah has been our server for past several times and he is great! Personable/thorough/cks in w/us to see what is needed. Been eating there before every UT Longhorn game for years!

New risotto on the menu is absolutely delicious and the bistro steak never ever disappoints. Sitting outside on the patio with heaters was lovely and highly recommended before it truly starts getting too chilly to enjoy! My son LOVES the smashburgesa and ordering a fancy lemonade to pair with it. Bar Toti staff are all gems ❤️

This is the fourth time we have gone to Fabrik, and every meal has been truly fantastic. We did the 7 course menu and one of us did the wine pairing. Each course was a mix of fantastic seasonal flavors. The wine pairing was a perfect match to the dishes. The servers were knowledgeable about the food and the wine. This is a wonderful restaurant for celebrating a special occasion.
