the food was great and service was ok considering it was a Monday night and not very busy. The prices seem to go up and the portion seem smaller on the appetizers and salad. If I order the wedge salad a least give me the wedge portion to eat. Dining experience great maybe add lights to the trees.

Our waitress was excellent. Her name is Jordan. Highly recommend her. It was Valentine's day, and the menu was pared down. You order an appetizer, a salad, an entree and dessert. We did skip the appetizer. I ordered the delicious spinach salad, while my husband love his wedge salad. For entree's we each ordered a steak with the seafood topping. The crab meat and shrimp were perfectly cooked along with our steaks. My husband ordered a fully loaded baked potato, while I ordered the asparagus with béarnaise sauce. For dessert, we order a slice of carrot cake and a slice of cheesecake to go. The desserts are so good. We absolutely love Steve Fields. They even gave each woman a rose at the end of dinner. It fit beautifully into my bouquet at home. Mr. Fields is a kind and friendly man. We enjoy seeing him there.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was fresh, delicious and looked beautiful. Staff was friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend and will return. The ragu was amazing!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Haywire Plano. We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal. When we go back I'll be trying the 33oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye.

What a wonderful dinner, from start to finish. The tenderloin in peppercorn, cognac sauce was cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. The waitress was friendly, although a tad difficult to understand with her heavy accent, but we managed just fine. Best martini I've had in ages! The Grand Marnier souffle was perfectly puffy and delightful. Don't miss this gem!!
