The Hartwood Restaurant enjoys a rich history. The originally the headquarters of the Harmar Coal Company. Purchased in 1988, the building was transformed into retail space, including antiques and a bookstore. Café tables were soon added amongst the book shelves, Over the years, The Hartwood Restaurant has evolved into a charming and unique place for meals, drinks, and events.     Our waiter Greg was incredible. Always checking in on us and even offered to take a picture for us on our Valentine’s Day dinner date. Food was incredible and we had plenty to take home as leftovers. 10/10.

    The restaurant was beautiful, the service was quick, the staff were attentive and super friendly, and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. I ordered the dry wine flight and ended up purchasing 2 bottles to go. My partner and I had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner and I am certain that I will be back again. Thank you Wine Cave!

    Celebrated Galentine’s with a few of my friends. Had the queso, loaded fries, and guacamole to share as appetizers. All great in flavor! Tried the Marioposa burrito and it was fantastic! Had the Cupid’s arrow valentine drink special and it was fantastic! Viva La Vida knows how to celebrate! Definitely a fun upbeat Mexican restaurant!

    My wife had lobster stuffed lobster and I had filet mignon with lump crab. We both had a salad, artichokes, and cauliflower risotto, and shared a bottle of wine. Everything was perfect. How could it not? Jordan was a great server.
