- JJadeSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoDue to the popularity that is now on social media, our reservation was a year out for 2 people. They have a valet service in the front so you do not need to find parking and the price was reasonable for a Saturday night in the city. This place is busy with so many diners inside. This was my husband’s and I first time coming. The menu its self was extremely simple which we loved and easy to understand and they have a great wine list. The prime rib was excellent and we were so full after we were done. I was going to go for seconds but started to get the meat sweats. So I decided to make room for dessert. I would say if you are wanting to go, you might have a better chance for an earlier reservation if you book as a group. We are so glad that we went and would come back again.More infoHouse of Prime RibPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8

From the greeter at the front, full of warm welcomes on a rainy evening to the general manager re-seating us due to a wobbly table we had the most amazing evening. Service is excellent, Christian and the house managers were attentive polite and professional. The sommelier as well chose our white and red wines and nailed it! The food goes without saying, we had pear salad, crudeo and pasta. The special white truffle pasta as a share was amazing. Duck, scallops, lobster pasta as mains. Benigets for dessert with a vanilla and dark chocolate sauce. Cocktails also supreme, old fashioned, martini's and a Paper Plate! We really had such a wonderful time and it reminded me of the wonder of our city and the talented restaurant chefs, and servers in the Presidio.More infoSprucePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Presidio Heights•4.8
- RRobinHawaii •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe really enjoyed our dinner at Nopa. Beginning with the bread and butter. All I can say is order it. Next we had the Tortelli which was excellent (not to be missed). We also had the Tagliatelle with the bolognese sauce which was very good. For dessert we had the key lime pie which was good but the ice cream that came for the birthday person was outstanding. Our server who was excellent said it was ginger snap but it didn’t taste like ginger. Best ice cream I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to go back for my birthday and have that ice cream.More infoNopa - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Californian• North Panhandle / USF•4.6
- DDouglasvipSan Francisco Bay Area •206 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWhile the noise level is very high, the food and service is excellent!! The beet salad was possibly the best either of us have ever eaten, the agnolotti is exceptional, and the chocolate desert was rich without over doing it! What a fantastic evening we were able to share at a truly exceptional restaurant in SF. Thanks for making it special.More infoChe Fico San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Italian• North Panhandle / USF•4.7
- AAlsonSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoUpscale Mexican food in the sunset district. Authentic taste and flavors but spice level is scaled down for clientele. Nothing very spicy. Still, food was tasty! Good ambience, excellent service. Clean throughout. This is definitely not the mission district experience, if that’s what you’re looking for. But very good authentic food in a clean, upscale pleasant environment. Not a taqueria!More infoElena'sPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Forest Hill / West Portal•4.7
