- LLeAnneChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoExcellent food, excellent service, not too pricey. Our group of 8 had a very enjoyable experience. Stayed at the Sheraton, so just a short walk. Will definitely come back again!More infoRobert's Pizza and Dough CompanyPrice: Expensive• Pizzeria• Gold Coast / Streeterville•4.8
- AAmyChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeing from Chicago, I was a bit skeptical about a restaurant at Navy Pier. But we have enjoyed Blue Door Kitchen and Garden and decided to give Reunion a try before heading to the 'theatre.' What a wonderful surprise! It's a lovely unpretentious space. We thoroughly enjoyed the prixe fix theatre menu. We started with the Division Bell cocktail, which was great, of course, with mezcal and a cherry. We had the deviled eggs and crab cake, both delicious Southern classics. Then we had the caesar salad and brussels sprouts with kale, again both delicious. The brussels sprout and kale were blended with pecans, bacon and parmesan. What's not to love about that combination? Then we had the spring pasta and the salmon with brussels sprouts and sweet potato (roasted and delicious). The salmon was cooked to perfection. The pasta was fresh and full flavored with rich pesto. I'm not a big fan of desserts but thoroughly enjoyed the hummingbird cupcake. Husband loved the key lime--the aroma alone was amazing. Half-price bottle of wine (Wednesdays, it seems) added to the enjoyment. And finally, our server was wonderful, and the chef warmly visited each table. Chef is humble, kind, and clearly very talented. We live in Chicago and will gladly return to Reunion, especially before enjoying a play.More infoChef Art Smith's ReunionPrice: Moderate• American• Lakeshore East•4.2
- CCathyvipChicago / Illinois •7 reviews4.0Dined on 20 Oct 2024It’s been years since we’ve been to an old favorite…Harry Carays! Food was delicious and served fairly quick. We had the Holy Cow burger and the Steak Sandwich, fries and onion rings. The atmosphere was nice especially on a gorgeous day with a great breeze coming through. They had super cool Halloween decorations up! Kudos. Our only complaint was trying to get a refill on drinks. It was hard to track down our server for some reason (it was mid afternoon and not busy).More infoHarry Caray's Tavern - Navy PierPrice: Moderate• American• Gold Coast / Streeterville•3.9
- JJulieChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined on 8 Oct 2024Met friends from LA. One friend is not a fan of Mediterranean food but was extremely impressed by the food and dining on the river. We used to frequent the original venue in Lombard. Same wonderful/incredible food but high end atmosphere. The location has expanded menu with alcohol. Incredible experience. Great food! We will go back again! We miss her in the western suburbs!More infoPinched on the RiverPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• River North (Chicago)•4.5
