Restaurants near Ohio Statehouse

First and foremost I would like to compliment the staff from the hostesses to the wait staff on their superior service!! (Thanks for the Beach Picture :) From the moment we walked in the door everyone had a great attitude and went out of their way to make sure our party was taken care of. The oysters & shrimp were delicious, the chowder soup, fried green tomatoes, red snapper and drinks were all top notch. The atmosphere was light not too loud and the music was at the right level that you could have a conversation without yelling. I would definitely recommend this restaurant & look forward to returning. We can’t wait to try the one in Charleston SC on summer vacation:) Great Valentines celebration did not disappoint.

Leaving Butcher & Rose, Me wife and I felt a profound connection—not just to the exceptional food, but to the passion and creativity infused into every dish. It was gorgeous. The architecture of the restaurant is breathtaking. The food was absolutely divine and the service and staff were fantastic. Landon was our server, and he made me and my boyfriend’s Valentine’s Day dinner perfect 🤌🏼

Great location if you’re going to the Ohio Theatre. It’s exactly what you would expect. Good service good taste and good value.
