The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. Relocating to Sioux Falls, SD in 1999, Riccardo and Marybeth have developed a reputation for making people feel welcome with their three boys, Dante, Berent, and Jaxon. Perfect place for a quiet couple dinner enjoying a glass of wine, a quality plate of pasta and a scoop of gelato or affogato. The lobster pasta (sorry - horrible with the Italian names) was delicious - as has been anything we try. The service is knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Not our first time - it is a regular stop!

The best Scottish salmon I have ever had! My husband said his filet was the best he had ever had and we thoroughly enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Well done Minerva’s!
