- KKarlLincolnshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. We were on time for our reservation, and they promptly sat us at our table. Nice vibe. Our waiter was attentive and a pleasure. I recommend trying to sit in the front room or back room. We were seated at one of three “two tops” in the narrow hallway next to the kitchen. Although it was exciting to see the kitchen humming on all cylinders, the ventilation is not great. Our eyes were watering from the kitchen smoke. Not a big deal, but for whatever reason, it’s just not ventilated very well. But, it’s a fair trade off to see the kitchen and all the excitement. Will go back.More infoTala HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Andersonville•4.8

I tend to get a fish entree because they do fish better than anywhere else I've been, but you can't go wrong with a pasta dish or the lamb entree. I got the bucatini this time and it was entirely too delicious. I think I finished it in 15 minutes, which is a feat for me as it was a full serving of pasta. We always end by splitting the chocolate hazelnut tart dessert - it never disappoints. The edge of the covered patio gets pretty cold when it's snowing, but the internal patio is heated well.More infoAnteprimaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Andersonville•4.8

Tables well spaced. Excellent beverages featuring Oaxacan mezcals, tequilas, prickly pear, etc. We split a starter of wild mushrooms cooked in a plantain leaf with a tart green side sauce. Outstanding entrees: succulent roast rabbit in golden mole (made with roasted yellow cherry tomatoes) and crispy-tender marinated grilled quail with roast cactus and plum sauce. All revelatory and satisfying.More infoKie-Gol-Lanee - UptownPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Uptown•4.8
