- GGeorgeVIPChicago / Illinois •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWhat a great combination of traditional southern cuisine with a modern flair. Started with delicious smoked trout dip with homemade crackers that the chef makes with his pasta maker. Then I had the house specialty crispy flounder. This is typically challenging to eat, if it’s not prepared perfectly and this was perfect! The sauce was a sweet compliment to the savory fish. Finished with pecan pie. One of the best I’ve ever had.More infoAnsonPrice: Very Expensive• Southern• Downtown Charleston•4.8
