The brussel sprouts appetizer was fantastic! The gluten free chicken piccata is always a favorite of mine. Our server was so friendly and attentive. We had a very nice dining experience.

We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed! In a nutshell, we had a good experience. Let’s start from the beginning. I had asked on my reservation and called as well to let the host know to put some confetti and a card with a note on the table and they confirmed that would be done. Unfortunately when we got there, it wasn’t done. I had to remind them, go back in the waiting area for that to be done before getting seated again. I do appreciate the rectification. Our server Jake was great! He provided excellent service, was courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job waiting on us. The drinks were good, the appetizers were great. We really enjoyed what we got. (Calamari and sweet & spicy shrimp). Our main courses were okay. We just expected a little bit more from a high end restaurant. My sea bass was just okay. I wouldn’t put it in my top three. My husband’s steak was okay as well. We did not like the mashed potatoes so Jake took it off our tab. The crème brûlée was pretty good though. overall, good experience but not enough to wanna go back on our own.

The Chicken Casarecce Pasta and the Fried Chicken Rice bowl were well prepared and delicious. The white chocolate cherry bread pudding was large but disappointing in flavor profile (very little flavor) and only a couple very small pieces of cherry in it.
