The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. I am always very pleased with the quality of my experience. The ingredients and preparation of a high quality french dish cannot be overstated. This restaurant delivers every time! The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Ambience is very good, cozy but not intrusive. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. And yes, quality meals and staff cost a little more. You get what you pay for here.
