The cocktails, especially the sage alchemy and cherry blossom, were delicious. The Oscar eggs Benedict with crab meat had a perfectly poached egg and a delicate hollandaise sauce. The scrambled eggs with the pancake palooza were flavorful, and the pancakes were some of the best I have ever had. We love oyster happy hour here, but brunch comes in a close second. The jazz duo played a mix of festive and classic songs. We will definitely be back for Jazz Brunch again!

When I made reservations through the website, I noted that I was bringing my daughter for her birthday. When we checked in, they immediately asked whose birthday is it and wished her a happy birthday. When we arrived at our table, the menus were there and said on them “happy birthday, Heather!“ There was birthday confetti on the table cloth. A wonderful large slice of ice cream chocolate vanilla Oreo cake with a candle was brought to the table at the end of the meal. She was very happy.

Ray's on the River is the Go-To good restaurant for several of my friends. We are American but of English background and Ray's combines the highest food standards with European style classical decor and ambiance, functional and elegant. The service is especially good - what I would call International standard professional, attentive without being over-so; around when needed but not always interrupting conversation to ask how the food is. The menu is really good but not huge - they do what they know they do well. The upside of this is you get your good food unusually quickly. Not cheap but an excellent special lunch for two - shared starter, two mains, shared desert comes in at $60/$70.

We came to 101 Steaks for our daughter’s 27th birthday! We had never been before so we weren’t sure what to expect! Perfection! From the time we walked in the door-we loved it! The staff was so accommodating and kind! Our server, Dominique, was so knowledgeable and fun! Just a Doll! And the FOOD!!! It was absolutely heavenly! The best steak I have ever had! And the Corn Brûlée was to die for! We WILL be back!

Canoe has become a favorite lunch spot. Civilized dining in a great space. In the nicer weather, we like sitting on “the porch” Great place to bring out of town guests
