The petite filet was perfectly cooked and so tender. I also had the gnocchi which wasn’t very light but the short ribs with it was very tasty and super tender! If you love truffles, you gotta try the billionaires twice baked potato it can easily be shared and was outstanding!

Might be the most amazing Hamachi appetizer I’ve ever had, you could drink the sauce! My green red snap snapper dish looked like a beautiful fairy garden, the presentation was perfection.  Our waiter was at the top of his game ! Never underestimate the hostess she has the power to set the evening off with a good vibe and that’s exactly what she did! Bravo

Jason was our server. He took great care of us. He made nice suggestions. The cocktails were wonderful. Which each had a different entree and all outstanding. My only negative comment…. $12 for a basket of French Fries? That right there tells you that all prices are inflated. Bottom line, Roaring Forks is consistently delicious. The pork & green chili is NOT to be missed!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the cocktails to dessert. This is where you go if you are looking for a first class dinning experience. Come with an empty stomach because the portions are enormous. We have two people splurge for the King Crab and it was superb. The seafood pasta has generous amounts of protein and flavor. The steaks are exceptional cooked over a mesquite fire. Juliana our host for the evening was a joy!

The ambiance is modern and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings and special occasions. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the menu had a great selection of options to suit all tastes. The food was equally impressive – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Edge Rooftop Bar to anyone looking for a memorable rooftop experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
