- DDebraWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoKing’s Arms Tavern special event dinner for Grand Illumination was outstanding. Although it could be described by some as “ touristy” since it is within Colonial Williamsburg, it is not all average tourist food. The service, all the staff, and the ambiance were excellent. The ambiance setting the stage for Christmas was definitely on point.More infoKing's Arms TavernPrice: Expensive• American• Colonial Williamsburg•4.7
- JjohnVIPSouth Carolina •106 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAbsolute wonderful experience. The rockfish on a bed of risotto, chili peppers and tomatoes was the best fish that I have ever eaten as it was perfect. Chardonnay by the glass complimented the fish very well and the ambiance and service were very nice. Great evening and I visit every year when I come home to Williamsburg — best restaurant in town and the versatile menu is always enlightening - delicious.More infoFat CanaryPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Williamsburg•4.9

I had the steak entrée and my husband had the seafood pie. It was wonderful. Everything is prepared to perfection. - LLamiWashington, D.C. Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe restaurant from the outside appears unobtrusive and understated but once you enter the glass doors, you enter a charming space. Lots of character, elegant French country. We were immediately welcomed by a friendly host and because one had the sense of being in France I was taken aback when he spoke with a southern accent! Too funny. Our table was in a room with a large fireplace and the seats were cushioned and extremely comfortable. Noise level low to moderate. Our server Breanna was upbeat, had a great sense of humor and checked on our table frequently. The service was professional, our food came out in a timely manner and we never felt rushed. The menu was exceptional and for the quality, very reasonably priced. Appetizers averaged $10-15, entree $35-50 and dessert $10-15. A couple of outliers on the higher end such as the $30 foie gras starter and the $65 beef tenderloin seared with foie gras in a truffle port wine reduction. The entrees included a soup or salad and our portions were decent. A glass of brut rose champagne $12 and 12 oz of Caymus cab. $39. Other 6-12oz wines much cheaper. The manager came over to our table and spoke with us. She was charming. The chef.she told us is from Normandy which comes as no surprise as the meal was superbe. We were a party of six and every plate I noticed was completely clean at the end— not a drop leftover. I highly recommend this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, or just to have excellent French food in a comfortable warm and inviting setting. Would go back again and again!More infoLe Yaca - WilliamsburgPrice: Expensive• French• Williamsburg•4.9
- DDennisVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 5 days ago6:45 Reservation. Arrived on time was instantly seated. while several folks waited outside for tables. This is a good sized operation and they were packed. So any delays in getting orders in or out can be understood, but the waits were less than expected and the quality of the food was well worth waiting for...Portions were adequate.. Makes me wish i lived Williamsburg, then I would have a new favorite fish restaurant.More infoBerret's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Williamsburg•4.7
