Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. Every item of food was thoughtfully prepared, right down to the tasty crackers and the whole wheaty sourdough bread. The clam chowder was the best we've had. Our server was so helpful and competent that we felt like she was manager material, yet she was never intrusive.
