At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time. We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed! We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more.     Our dining experience at Aurum was a real treat. Unfortunately, we were seated directly next to two consecutive tables of 14 people and the noise level was EXTREMELY loud. Aurum needs to employ more noise dampening devices. If there was music playing, I certainly could not hear it. Otherwise, the meal was wonderful: excellent service from Raoul and delicious food! And I loved the "Leading Ladies" section of the wine list: it's always great to promote female winemakers.

    This is our most favorite place in Breckenridge for Happy hour (4-5 pm martinis) and definitely their amazing menu. This visit we had the pork chop (drool) and the fluffiest, most pillow like Sea Bass. If the meat entrees weren’t good enough the plating of flavors is outstanding. Squash, maple bourbon mushroom risotto & pancetta-tomato chutney on the chop. Acorn squash puree, fingerling potato, broccolini, pomegranate-tomato chutney on the Sea Bass. It was really another amazing meal. Ps the home made House Focaccia with fresno chile chimicurri is also binge worthy!

    Edwin is a new, gorgeous restaurant. The food was amazing! Big portions for elevated mountain fine dining. The Stella Blue pizza was so good and went perfect with a glass of pinot. The space is beautiful and cozy. Cannot wait to come back. The staff went above and beyond to make the kids happy and accommodate my husband’s dairy allergy.
