Restaurants near Blue Mesa Observatory

What a great experience in las cruces! Visiting for the weekend and still miles into this gem on the way to Mesilla. Great NM wines and a fantastic French culinary experience.

When asked where I wanted to eat out for my 60th, I said Double Eagle, of course! Never ever disappointed, food was fabulous! Prefect day!!!

The lamb and sea bass entrees were delicious! The lemon crème brûlée was one of the best deserts I’ve had in a long time. Service was excellent and attentive, and the pomegranate margaritas were a treat. The space is lush and pretty. I do suggest they dim the overhead lights, which were very bright, and consider adding candies (led even) for ambience.

We had a great dinner celebrating a couple of birthdays. Our server, Maliyah, was amazing! There were five in our group and we were well taken care of. The food was very good. We will definitely return!
