- PPatricia A.vipSan Francisco Bay Area •56 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOne of the absolute best neighborhood restaurants in downtown Carmel. Food is excellent and service is great. My friends love their martinis and manhattans. I particularly like their reasonably priced wine list and I am a wine nut. I love the veal Marsala and veal piccata.More infoCarmel's Bistro GiovanniPrice: Expensive• Italian• Carmel•4.7

There is an extensive menu and a good wine list. Very good quality and value. - LLisaSan Francisco Bay Area •12 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Dec 2024Wonderful evening….so nice to enjoy it all, the food was excellent, the scallops were light delicate and tasty, just wish we had more than 4. We paired with the carbonara, which was very nice. They added mushrooms which actually was a nice not strong addition. The ambience was lovely, relaxing and the noise levels were low, we could actually have a quiet conversation. Strolling guitar was a nice touch tooMore infoPortaBella RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Carmel•4.5
