Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it's because of them we're continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ's, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

Zio Peppe is where tradition meets innovation, serious collides with playful, and gourmet converges with casual. Zio Peppe means “Uncle Joe’ in Italian, and just like a beloved “funcle” – a fun uncle, Zio Peppe will make sure all are welcome, and everybody is having a good time.Zio Peppe is a collaboration between Chef Devon Sanner and Chef Mat Cable. Our menu is anchored in Italian-American classics of pizza and pasta, but draws heavy influence from the foods and flavor profiles of Tucson and the Sonoran region.Sanner joins forces with Cable after having cooked under Tucson culinary legend Janos Wilder for the past 15 years, serving as chef at Janos, JBAR, Downtown + Cocktails, and The Carriage House.Zio Peppe, which means “Uncle Joe” in Italian, is in part a tribute to Cable’s uncle, Joe Sottosanti, who opened Tucson’s first Sicilian pizza place, Tesseo’s Pizzeria, nearly 50 years ago.

Very innovative fusion of Italian and Mexican. Some things work better than others, but overall it is great to have such new items to try out.

The food and drinks were delicious. Very fresh and original. Great service. Attentive without being bothersome. I like the size of the room. Intimate but you still feel the "going out " experience.

We were seated on time and our requested accommodations were met. The food and drinks were fresh and appropriately hot/cold and delicious. Because of a problem with a tap, the beer I ordered was unreasonably delayed. While understandably this can happen, I would have appreciated being offered a different selection. Overall, excellent.

The food is consistently good, and Thursday was no exception: perfectly cooked salmon and skirt steak. While the wine list is small, it is excellent. But while you will enjoy the food, it's the people who work here that make coming here such a pleasure. Our server, Brooke, is the absolute best and we are always greeted so warmly by the management and other employees. We know we'll be back.

We tried Renee‘s in 2023, it was so delicious we had to come back. Not everyone has a perfect dining experience 2 times in a row, our 2nd dining experience was equal to or better than the 1st. I thought the salads were a bit pricey until I got mine, the quality & portion was excellent & worth every penny. The Oh Honey Board - DElicious!!! My friend ordered the lasagna & loved it but was a bit rich for her, I LOVED it & thought it was perfect. My husbands pizza was packed with flavor & the crust was superb. My pan seared chicken with sundried tomatoes was so good BUT I needed more garlic which they gladly provided. (I LOVE my garlic) Our waitress was very friendly & helpful to me in selecting my meal. We were unable to finish our food & gladly took leftovers. The only fault with Renee’s is you’re too full to order dessert. One other issue people might have is children under the age of 12 are not allowed 😳 So if your children are over 12, I highly recommend going to this place. If I find myself in Tucson again Renee‘s will always be one of my dining choices A MUST try! Sorry I forgot to take photos
