All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations.     Jason, Amy and the rest of the team do a fabulous job! NYP is always a great meal and always consistent, My wife and I had the salad wedge and for entrees she had an incredible piece of Sea Bass and I the Cajun delmonico along with cheese potatoes and cream spinach. Everything was a home run!

    This was not our first trip to Ciao. Likely our 10th or so. If we want a great Italian meal, we go to Ciao. The best on the Grand Strand. We had reservations at 6:15 on the 15th, and when we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and were amazed to see that every table was full, and the bar was full. Great to see this. Our meal was as expected, done to perfection and came out hot! Which is not always the case with restaurants here. We always send friends to Ciao, we will be back again.

    I ordered the coastal seafood pasta, and it was PHENOMENAL. Very elegant flavor and cooked so perfectly. The ambience was great and the service was even greater. Thank you for an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner!!

    Booked a table for a friends birthday and so glad we did. Had a great waitress who took care of our party and was wonderful w helping those that had dietary restrictions. The food selection was perfect with options. The drinks were very well made. Everyone enjoyed the selections they had for dinner as well. Definitely would come back
