FRIENDS CHRISTMAS! 5 women and I was the only one who had been here before. We were on a cozy round table near the wine cellar. Demetrius was our waiter....he was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, offered suggestions, etc. But his timing was perfect! Never rushed us, always knew when to come by and offer more drinks or check on us. Wedge salad is my personal favorite and it was a hit at our table. Filet can't be beat, sharable sides were great and the french onion & lobster bisque soups my friends had was delish! We brought gifts and exchanged, talked until closing time and had a wonderful experience!

We arrived and were seated at a booth (as requested) within 10 minutes of our reservation time. Our server was friendly, sweet and professional. Food was exactly as ordered and delicious. One of the best dining experiences we have had in the last year.

This was our second time dining here when coming to Franklin, TN. Nice ambiance, and the service was great! I had an amazing traditional ribeye steak perfectly prepared with creamed spinach and loaded backed potato. My wife had and awesome Seabass topped with crab meat (which I sampled!). The roasted honey glazed Brussell sprouts were a fantastic surprise. We'll definitely return, but most excited that they're opening a location in our hometown of Tallahassee!

Glad to have an upscale dining option in the “Factory”. Very contemporary remodel of their location. Open views of kitchen and a dining bar overlooking the kitchen. Very creative touches. Service was attentive. All food items well prepared and tasty with unique presentations. I enjoyed the venison which was cooked perfectly, medium rare. My wife enjoyed the scallops, also cooked perfectly. Only negative comment is that only 3, medium sized scallops were served. For the price one more would have been better. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Etch.

Just dined at Red Pony last night, and it was awesome. It was a little loud, but we were seated close to the bar, and my hearing is a problem wherever we go, so it wasn't unusual. Our server was super attentive, very knowledgeable, and exceedingly polite. I've got to say something about the hog belly Brussels appetizer. It was the most wonderful menu item ever! We will be back often if for no other reason but that. So good!
